Today I sold most of my parents garden to a person who wants to build a house for his family on it. The garden became too much work for my parents. We kept the house so my parents wont move close to our place which originally was the plan. But it took more than 2 years to find somebody interested in the property so selling part of the garden as a plot can be considered a success. Is it a good deal I dont know. My parents are happy and that is all that counts.
