It s good to be back. There s nothing like a good holiday to refresh and rejuvenate. We went to a little village in the Overberg called McGregor. It s tiny but lovely. The cottage we stayed in was in an orchard and had no tv, no radio, no internet access. If you re every heading that way check out McGregor cottages. All it had was a fireplace, a couch to snuggle in and a huge rug on which to play a game of Scrabble or two. But it was quaint and had all the necessary amenities. It was perfect. …

Among them three Fudge books! I was originally going to order them all from Indie Press Revolution. Even though they are setup in the states, it can be actually cheaper to order them from there then the UK due to the Dollar to Euro conversation rates right now. The nice thing about Indie Press Revolution also was that they had nice PDF and paper bundles for many of the products. There are multiple topics on exercise and a lot of weight training videos. One thing I do in the morning is take a jog around my neighborhood. I usually start my day with 1 hour of strength training or cardio. When I do cardio I usually run outside, but since the weather here in New Jersey has changed I have been forced to jog on a treadmill.
