Lots of lovely choir things last night. Alto U was able to attend, which is a rarity, but really wonderful when it happens. We're doing 'His yoke is easy but his coloratura is diabolical' by Handel*, and I always forget just how perfect it is to sing with U. We tune exactly the same way, and have the exact same sense of rhythm, so singing as one is absolutely effortless - I can't begin to describe how wonderful that is.
