2007-09-20 08:50 WTFery about brainwashing kids w/stuff
Hmpf. Why am I awake Oh, right. Work. Work which today is basically watching the phone while everyone is away and zilch else to do. (Seriously, I even asked for stuff to do, but no.) Time to stalk my flist (And I know I am late with fic - sorry! Got distracted by helping someone move, work, WoW (yay netherdrake) and autumn. Oh yeah. It's autumn in Norway and I am getting rained on. Brrr. I shall try to refocus.) So during the weekend I watched a program about 'Kids on Fire' Bible camps in the US …

Yes, that is what I have. My trip home was fabulous, and I have many cool things I want to share, but it will be over a few posts. I usually go back every August alone, because I mainly go, so I can go to the Fashion week in Copenhagen with my best friend Gitte who own a great clothing botique in Denmark. This time a had my son with me, and is was great to have a little travel partner. I got home with 2 extra suitcases full of great clothes from my friends store (Thank you again so much Gitte), …

2007-08-13 22:14 The Best Thing Out of England Since the Stones (Part II)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I told you over the next three days I was going to provide you with the conclusion of our EPL previews. But I have to be honest, I can't remember much after Thursday night. Some Czech model slipped something into my drink, took me back to her place and pretty much kept me occupied for three days. And if you don't believe that, then I was busy watching four soccer matches on Saturday and lounging at the pool on Sunday. But that's all semantics. So without any further delay, here …

2007-08-03 13:24 Liverpool gets Toulouse
Tricky draw, but it could have been worse. None of the British teams have it easy. Sparta Prague won t be a walk in the park for Arsenal, Celtic will struggle against Spartak Moscow, and if Rangers comes through their second leg against FC Zeta, it looks like they ll get the former Red Star Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda. Toulouse finished 3rd in the French league last year, one point ahead of Bordeaux (who Liverpool beat 4-0 "on aggregate" in the two group stage games last year). Ligue 1 isn t the Pre …

We spent the entire day wandering from the south part of Copenhagen to the northern part yesterday. The weather began a little chilly and misty, so we dipped into a coffee shop, and then it turned out to be a glorious sunny day as we strolled around. Today we take a train from Copenhagen to the Aarhus area, crossing Funen and into Central Jutland. I speak tonight on Forgiving Grace. Here are some pictures from yesterday. Here's the coffee shop, where I took in a few pages of The Little Mermaid. …
