Thanks Morty. I actually have googled quite a bit. Post_Notification actually CAN send email - the "TEST" function on the OPTIONS page works great! It's just that when a user clicks on the Widget link to actually SUBSCRIBE, hitting the SUBMIT button on that page results in the 405 error. My PHP error log doesn't have anything in it either.
